Where the fifth upgrade goes over budget

The first four purchases cost 10.00 + 12.00 + 14.40 + 17.28 = 53.68 credits. The fifth costs 20.74, bringing the bundle to 74.42. From a budget of 60, you need another 14.42 credits for all five.

Each purchase starts at the previous price multiplied by one plus the growth rate. Round each new price to the nearest cent, with half a cent rounded up, before stepping again. With 0% growth, all copies cost the same. Games that keep full precision between purchases can use a geometric series for bulk prices and get a different total.

All credits are fictional. The numbers are examples for this companion. Cash Empire Clicker uses its own prices and milestones.

Play One last upgrade to choose which purchase pays back before a round ends.
