Weekly Appointment Capacity Calculator: Slots and Buffers

A full calendar
still needs breathing room.

YOUR RESULT

35 appointments

Example: five separate 420-minute windows with 45 minutes of service and 15 minutes of buffer fit 7 appointments each: 35 for the week. The final appointment also keeps its buffer.

Enter one continuous usable window per day

Remove lunch, admin and other blocked time first. If a day has several separated windows, calculate each separately; combining them can overstate capacity.

Keep the final buffer

This model reserves a buffer after every appointment, including the last. That is useful when cleanup or travel still takes time after the client leaves.

Capacity is not a booking forecast

The result assumes identical service durations and perfectly packed slots. Existing appointments, travel patterns and client preferences can reduce what actually fits.

Turn incoming requests into reviewed bookings

BookingSolved prepares Apple Calendar appointments from client requests you choose to share with it. It checks availability, supports service durations and buffers, and prepares editable replies. You approve calendar changes and send replies yourself.

Why round down each day?

A 30-minute remainder on Monday and another on Tuesday cannot hold one continuous 60-minute appointment. Daily rounding respects that boundary.

What if I offer different services?

Run separate scenarios for different service lengths. An average can be misleading when actual appointments cannot be rearranged freely.

Can this book a client?

No. Use your calendar and confirm a real time with your client.
